The New Craftsmen 

Championing craft and maker’s from across the British isle since 2012, our brief was to build a brand identity that would give them modernity, confidence and gallery-like presence. As the identity extended into their Mayfair retail space and e-commerce experience, we created a range of packaging and collateral alongside the website and photography to create a seamless brand experience.

With the heart of the brand showcasing craft and making, the overall look needed a tactile feel. From the quality of the materials used within the packaging, to the imagery and how we created "Mark" — the brand's graphic icon — each touchpoint needed warmth and visable human interaction.

"Mark" — the graphic personality of the brand — references the maker's tool in shape but its loose construction and when paired with the fingerprint head brings individuality and humanity to the brand.
